The engine is complete has not been started in a few years turns over freely, mechanic for owner told me it ran fine 3/4 years ago ?/ engine is in coles point,va about 90 miles from washington,dc 70 miles from richmond,va I could take to either place with a deposit ,Michael maybe put on pallet to ship
