Hi Paul, haven't forgot about you I've just been real busy last couple of weeks.

Found some more info but I'm hesitant to post for a couple of reasons.
One reason is because I found two identical 6 cylinder engines for F10 with different sizes and I've been trying to confirm some details before I post. It would help me if you could post pics of both sides of your engine and if you have the bore/stroke/HP that would be even more helpful, IF you have record of it....

Also, I would prefer that you repost a new thread under the "Members Only" discussion board so we can get more detailed. There will be some sensitive things that I'll be posting that I don't want to see in the wrong hands of just anyone surfing the internet. Once you post a new thread I'll begin adding some information that I believe you and other club members will really enjoy.

I do have a couple questions:
Does your truck have a tailgate or doors in the rear ?
Do you show signs of the 3rd row seating option ?
Do you know what number your station wagon body is ?
Example : No35 or No36

I ask because I found some information about a possible body builder for your truck that I'll be posting scans of that may be helpful to you in validating further details of your truck.

Best regards,
Dave

Hey Paul,

I'm not trying to interfere with Tom's efforts but rather just letting you know
there's one on eBay right now if you wanted to buy one. Tom is always helpful. Thank you Tom, for offering to help out.

eBay item number:
123717371824

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Dodge-Brothers ... SwaAtcoUhl

For what it's worth, the seller is a member of the DB Club and a well known reputable person. I actually purchased my 1930 truck from him, super nice guy.

Best regards gents

No problem Dave . Just to let you know it is a Sept '30 print . I know from buying mine in does not have a few things in it . I had enough forethought to made a file of the differences before selling my older . So I say buy , and I'll get you changes . Most dealt with HP and Lubes . Mine was not that old so this one may still have smaller four cyl and no water pump . I do not know on the six's . Mid 31 had a lot of change ,hence two prints that year .

Paul ,base on serial number you can get the build card for your truck . I estimate it build about July or Aug of 1931 . Only 2959 unit where build in years of 30 to 33 .
The engine date code will help a little . On 4's they where used in about two months base on two I ve seen .

I think I have the dd engine and was wondering what I can expect for a compression? I am seeing around 75. but sounds low to me. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Seems good if all are close . Remember these are not high compression engines .
