Hi group, I'm wondering if anybody knows of any reproduction running board cans? Like the old Boyco or Monarch sets - gas / oil / water? I see them show up in stages of bad shape - ebay etc... I actually want a functioning gas can, I've hoped there might be reproductions. I'm not past trying to refurb an old can with liner if can find something better than basket case condition. Texas Jim

I foolishly walked away from a nice set at Hershey about 3 years ago. When I came to my senses and went back they were gone. They are a tough find.

Hi Dave, um, yes, yes, yes, yes! LOL well again I have naively hoped reproductions might be out there... So not to be too vague tho', I'm not dead set for any style. I have a vintage scissor running board rack, I'd settle for a single fuel can to carry there. I don't think I have the coin to dish for a vintage-but-for-show-only set, as I've seen pretty rough stuff for a few 100's.
