Is there a way to search the index of Budd body pictures on the club website? I need a good one of the bottom of a 23-27 roadster cowl. Most of the body mounts and floor board supports are rotted away on mine and I need something to follow. The pictures are great but I have yet to click on the right one. Any help would be appreciated.

Not much to look at here either. This is the cowl mounts of my 1923 DB Roadster. My suggestion is to follow the bolt holes in the frame, and add on body material as needed to bolt to them. I have a lot of floorboard supports, but they are all way too wide for the Roadster. And, I had considered cutting them down but there is little room for cross supports without blocking the battery box, transmission top and the things such as the accelerator and starter mounted to the top floor board. I semi-beat this problem bu using angle iron pieces, cut to the length crossways to where they didn’t interfere with the stuff I’ve just mentioned, and mounted to one piece of floor board, and bolted to the next.

Sorry but the forum doesn’t like my photos. I’ll try again later.

Thanks for the response Jack. The pictures were helpful. I have some of one side left and I will probably end up doing the same thing, using angle iron and trying to rebuild the body mounts and floor supports. Thanks again.
