trying to adjust brakes (pedal) on 23 touring...have manual,,have read..do tires have to be off ground to adjust..i have adjusted all four points as per manual...but it seems that i must be doing something wrong..the "pads" are almost touching the drum...the rods from pedal to equalizer (i hope this is correct term) is set to maximum i can do without having the brake pedal past the floorboard slot to prevent the pedal from not being able to be pushed down...any ideas...thanks happy new year to all.
