Gutentag Herr Ralf (that is the full extent of my German), One of my many mottos is, 'All it takes is love and money'. That is to suggest a mild understatement for the project you want to achieve.
The following is my amateur opinion, as I've never attempted anything like this. It seems to me the best path would be if you had a donor left hand drive (LHD) chassis, and swap your engine and car body onto it. If that is not practical, your task is to collect / harvest most every steering component, and the brake and clutch levers, and possibly a replacement transmission for the clutch linkage to align. Transmission - I don't know if your RHD shift pattern is the mirror image of LHD? Expect to employ metal and welding work to re-create fastener points in and on the firewall (cowl), and possibly on the frame.
Unless sentiment is a factor, it seems you might instead look to buy a LHD car. But if sentiment is a factor, then why would you want to re-design a sentimental car? Again, you can do anything with enough love, passion, and money.
